By accessing or subscribing to Shenandoah Sharp Picks ("the Service", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Shenandoah Sharp Picks is an analytics and information service. We provide statistical projections, recommended wagers, and educational content. We are not a sportsbook. We do not accept wagers, hold customer funds, or facilitate the placement of bets. All bets are placed by you, the subscriber, through licensed sportsbooks of your choosing.
Picks, projections, and analysis provided by the Service are for entertainment and informational purposes only. They are not investment advice, financial advice, or a guarantee of returns. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You assume all risk associated with any wagers you place.
Subscriptions are billed via Stripe. Pricing is shown on the Pricing page. Recurring subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel any time from your account or by contacting support@shenandoahsharppicks.com.
Sharp Annual subscriptions include a 30-day refund window from the date of initial purchase. Test Drive purchases are one-time and non-refundable after delivery of the first picks. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period but can be cancelled to prevent further renewal.
Your subscription is for personal use only. Account credentials may not be shared with others. We may detect and limit concurrent sessions on a single account; sharing of pick content with non-subscribers is prohibited.
All content — including but not limited to picks, models, projections, copy, and design — is the property of Shenandoah Sharp Picks and may not be redistributed, resold, or republished without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shenandoah Sharp Picks is not liable for any losses, missed gains, or damages of any kind arising from use of the Service. Our maximum aggregate liability to any subscriber is limited to the amount that subscriber paid us in the prior twelve months.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active subscribers.
