This Privacy Policy explains what information Shenandoah Sharp Picks ("we", "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect the minimum needed to operate the Service.

1. What we collect

Account info: email address, name (if provided).
Subscription info: tier, billing status, subscription dates. Payment card data is handled by Stripe — we never store or transmit your card number.
Delivery prefs: Telegram handle (if you opt in), email subscription state.
Usage: page views, signup events, error logs. Aggregate analytics only — we do not build individual behavior profiles.
Communications: support emails you send us.

2. How we use it

To deliver picks to you (email and/or Telegram).
To process billing and renewals via Stripe.
To respond to support requests.
To improve the Service via aggregate analytics.
To send important account/service notices (we minimize marketing email).

3. Third parties we share data with

Stripe — payment processing. Their privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy.
Email provider (Postmark or similar) — to deliver picks and account emails.
Telegram — only if you opt in; you control your Telegram identity.
Hosting provider (Vercel) — server logs and infrastructure.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers.

4. Data retention

We keep account and subscription records for as long as your account is active and for up to 24 months after cancellation, primarily for billing reconciliation, fraud prevention, and tax compliance. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see Contact).

5. Your rights

You can email support@shenandoahsharppicks.com to:

Access the data we hold about you.
Request correction of inaccurate information.
Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements).
Opt out of non-essential email communications.

6. Security

We use HTTPS-only transport, encrypted storage of secrets, and industry-standard practices. No system is perfectly secure — but card data never touches our servers (Stripe), and we limit data we collect.

7. Cookies

We use minimal cookies: session cookies for login (when applicable) and aggregate analytics. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

8. Children

The Service is for users 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us data, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes

If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy we will notify active subscribers by email.
